We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood while being close to everything with easy and free parking (huge win). The beds were super comfy, and the space was perfect for our traveling family. We were in town for a Bandits game, and the location couldn’t have been better. Nick was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location! Nice quiet area and easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Nicholas was very easy to communicate with. The place is a little older and was up three flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. Overall a great stay.

Have stayed at Nicks places for years now. Always a great stay and highly recommend to folks visiting Buffalo. Wonderfully clean, great linens, fully stocked kitchen. And for this who care, the heat is just awesome, which is important for Buffalo in the winter. Best value in Buffalo.

This was a visit back home for the two of us for a long weekend. Nick's place is it a perfect location for visiting the Buffalo and Niagara Falls areas. Beautiful, clean, lots of light, extremely comfortable beds, and has an amazing park in the front yard and walkable to all that the Allentown area has to offer. I highly recommend a stay here for a wonderful time in Buffalo!

Loved the apartment and the location is great. Easy to walk to great local bars and restaurants. Farmers market on Saturday mornings were a great surprise. Would stay here again if back for another Bills game!

Four ladies stayed here for the Bills/Saints game! It was just as described and very comfortable. Nicholas responded on questions we had about the area. I highly recommend his place.

Beautiful apartment- clean and spacious. Location was perfect! The weather was gorgeous so sitting out on the porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails was sooo enjoyable!! The Saturday farmers market, located across the street, was also a plus. We will return to this place - and we’ve been to several apartments near Elwood Avenue while our son attends college. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This Airbnb is in a great part of Buffalo right in Elmwood village, walking distance from great shops and restaurants. The Airbnb itself is very nice and clean, good size, the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Buffalo
